Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Thank you for your order in our online shop. We hope you are happy and satisfied with our limited edition pieces. If something is not to your satisfaction, and if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As we are a sustainable company, we want to avoid ordering unnecessary clothing with the ulterior motive of sending back the ones that don't fit. We are happy to answer any questions you may have via email hello@romiandme.com. Our measurements are also given with the products. Therefore, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. 

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If goods arrive in poor condition and we are unable to resell them, we cannot refund the price. The clothing will then be returned to you.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Nora Mühlmann, hello@romiandme.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

We would ask that in the case of a return, you choose a shipping method with tracking so that the item arrives in one piece. If you choose a shipping method that does not include tracking and the item is lost, we regret that we cannot refund your money. Please contact us in advance in case of a return so that we know about it. At the latest 14 days after receipt of the goods, you will receive your money back in the way you chose for payment. EXCEPTIONS FROM THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

CUSTOM ORDERS: The right of withdrawal shall not exist for contracts regarding the delivery of merchandise that is not prefabricated and is made according to the consumer’s individual choice and specifications, or of merchandise that obviously is tailored to meet personal customer requirements.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
